You can send your products anywhere in Greece, with shipping costs starting from 3.50 euros, depending on the weight of your order.
Your products will be delivered to your home address if possible, or to the nearest available pickup point. Depending on the nature of the products, you can opt for home delivery. Please contact a sales consultant for availability of this service.
The delivery time for products in stock varies from 24 hours in areas near our stores to up to 5 business days for more remote areas.
For large-sized products, we collaborate with transportation companies that will deliver the products to the curb in front of your home.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of your entire order.

Through our website www.watermart.gr, you can place an order and choose to pick up from the store of your choice on a day that suits you. Depending on the availability of the products you select, you have the option to pick up either the same day or on a future date.
To place your order for in-store pickup, please consider the following:
- Product Availability: Please ensure that the products you are selecting are available at the chosen store. Availability may vary depending on the location.
- Store Hours: Check the operating hours of the store to ensure that it will be open on the day of your pickup.
- Order Identification: Please bring along your order number or any other required identifier for pickup.
- Payment: Depending on your preferences and available payment methods, ensure you have the required payment method to complete the transaction upon pickup at the store. You can settle the payment using a card (debit or credit) to have it ready at the time of pickup.
- Contact: If you need more information or support, please contact the store before pickup to ensure a smooth pickup process. By following these steps, you will be ready to collect your order from the selected store safely and comfortably.
- Non-Pickup - Cancellation: If you are unable to collect your order on the selected day, the order will remain active for three days. After that period, it will be canceled without prior notice, and the charged amount will be refunded to the card used for the transaction.
- Exceptions: Large household appliances are exempt from the store pickup method and are delivered only to the customer's location.
Specifically for same-day pickup of your order from our store, you must have it registered in our system by 3:00 PM at the latest (after 3:00 PM, you can pick it up the next day).
Additional Shipping Details
Small and Lightweight Packages
Small and lightweight packages are delivered within 1-5 business days, from Monday to Saturday, provided that stock is available. The driver delivers the order directly to the entrance of your home, if feasible.
Heavy and bulky packages
During the shipment of your order, the carrier responsible for delivering your purchases will contact you to inform you of the available delivery date.
Product Transport
Delivery is made between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The driver delivers the order directly to the sidewalk, in front of your home's entrance, if possible.
Indoor Product Delivery
Deliveries to specific floors incur additional charges as per the price list. No handling services (delivery to a specific room or floor) are provided by the carrier.
Transport with Crane or Special Equipment
Some very bulky items require special transportation with integrated equipment. In such cases, this should be indicated when placing the order. To ensure that delivery is carried out under the best conditions possible, once the carrier has your order, you will be asked for details regarding the accessibility of your home. Delivery will be made in the garden or at the boundaries of your property, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
