At Watermart, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. That's why we offer a flexible return policy that ensures you will be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within the specified timeframe outlined in our return policy. We aim to make the return process as convenient and straightforward as possible for you, offering refunds or exchanges according to your needs. Your trust is our greatest reward, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase you make from us.
You are required to unpack and inspect the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the product is not returned within 15 days from delivery, it is considered to have been received in perfect condition, and our company may not accept the return and replacement of it.
It is often the case that you are not present at the delivery, and the place holders are not aware of your preferences.
For this reason, it is necessary to test the products before installing them to ensure that they meet your expectations.
In the case of installation of the products, there is no possibility of compensation unless it is proven that they are defective, i.e. that they do not meet their specifications.
You have the right to return the product and request a replacement in the following cases:
- If the wrong product is delivered to you, if an error was caused by us and has not been fitted.
- If the product has a cosmetic or manufacturing defect covered by the warranty. In case of use or installation, no replacement will be made unless a manufacturing defect occurs.
- If you wish to exchange with another product, provided that the original is "Available" and has not been installed or used. Products that are "On Order" cannot be exchanged, as stated in the Terms of Sale.
In cases (1) and (2), after we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send the correct product at our expense. Additionally, you can request either an exchange for another product or a refund.
In case (3), you can request to exchange the product for a different one, bearing the shipping costs. If you prefer a refund, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the product will be deducted.
In any case, the product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging.
In case of return of incomplete or damaged product, our company has the right to reject the return and request compensation.
The replaced product shall be accompanied by all relevant documentation from the original purchase.
