What is covered?

Warranty Duration - Local Scope of Warranty Coverage
The duration of the warranty for each product varies and depends on its type. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase of the product and covers the territory of Greece.
How will the issue be rectified?
Watermart will assess if the product is covered by the warranty. If it is determined that the product or its component is defective, Watermart will ensure the issue is repaired or fixed. If necessary, they will replace the defective part. If the product is no longer part of Watermart's product line, they will arrange for a replacement with a similar product of equal value.
Warranty Terms
The warranty is valid from the original purchase date of the product and if purchased from a Watermart store. To verify the purchase date, it is necessary to retain the purchase receipt as it serves as the sole proof of purchase date. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or storage, lack of cleanliness, scratches/dents, or any other accidents. Normal wear and tear, products placed outdoors or in wet environments, or use other than domestic use are also not covered unless specified.
